Privacy

You share something personal when you run the Compass™. We take that seriously.

When you run the Compass™ we collect your scenario responses, your written read, and basic transaction information.

We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what the instrument requires.

Your responses are used to generate your written read. They are also retained for up to six months for quality improvement purposes — to make the instrument more accurate and the output more precise.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

AMBIGUUS™ staff and developers may access response data for quality and technical purposes. Any use of response data involving AI or language model infrastructure is anonymized before processing.

If your Compass™ was purchased by an organization — an employer, institution, or other entity — that organization has access to your individual results. You are informed of this at the point of purchase before you begin.

Response data is retained for six months from the date of completion and then deleted.

If you are accessing the Compass™ from outside the United States, please be aware that your data will be processed and stored in the US under US privacy standards.

Questions about your data can be directed to privacy@ambiguus.com.

This policy is written in plain language for clarity. It does not constitute a legal contract. AMBIGUUS™ reserves the right to update this policy and will notify users of material changes.
